Our Manufacturing Process

Workflow

The Path from Quarry to Project Site

Step 01

Raw Material Sourcing

Premium quality OPC/PPC cement, graded VSI aggregates, double-washed sand, clean water, and performance admixtures are sourced and stockpiled under cover.

Step 02

Automated Weigh Batching

Computer-guided systems precisely weigh all ingredients based on the target concrete grade mix recipe (e.g. M25, M40, SCC), ensuring zero manual errors.

Step 03

Twin-Shaft Mixing

The materials are mixed in an industrial twin-shaft mixer to achieve a fully homogeneous blend with uniform binder distribution and zero air pocket voids.

Step 04

Transit Mixer Loading

Freshly mixed wet concrete is loaded directly into rotating drums of transit mixers to prevent material segregation and setting during transport.

Step 05

Slump Flow & QA Check

Every batch undergoes slump cone workability testing and flow checks (for SCC) before dispatch. Concrete cubes are cast for subsequent compressive strength tests.

Step 06

GPS-Tracked Site Transit

Transit mixers navigate to client construction sites using optimized routes within a 50 km delivery radius to deliver fresh concrete within setting limits.

Step 07

Boom / Line Concrete Pumping

Heavy-duty mechanical pumps and boom lines place the concrete directly onto the building slabs, columns, or foundations on site.

Step 08

7 & 28-Day Strength Lab Testing

The cast concrete sample cubes are cured and crushed in our compression testing machines after 7 and 28 days, verifying final strength grades.

Step 01

Stone Quarry Extraction

Raw basalt stone boulders are extracted from our high-density blue basalt deposits. Controlled blasting and mechanical ripping allow regular extraction of rock material.

Step 02

Primary Crusher

Heavy-duty industrial Jaw Crushers compress the massive rock boulders, reducing them to coarse feed stocks of around 100mm to 150mm sizes.

Step 03

Secondary Crusher

Cone crushers break down the coarse feedstock into smaller particles (40mm - 60mm) in preparation for VSI processing and screen classification.

Step 04

VSI Machine (Vertical Shaft Impactor)

Stones are accelerated and thrown against each other at high velocity. This stress shapes the particles into cubical grains, suitable for high-strength concrete works.

Step 05

Screening Plant

Multi-deck vibrating screens separate the crushed stone into precise sizes: 40mm, 20mm, 10mm, and 6mm aggregates, routing them to designated stockpiles.

Step 06

Sand Washing Unit

Fractions designated for plastering or concrete sand are passed through double hydro-cyclone wash units, extracting organic residues and fine basalt dust.

Step 07

Quality Testing Laboratory

Our material scientists perform sieve grading analysis, impact value measurements, and silt assessments to confirm conformity to IS:383 guidelines.

Step 08

Logistic Dispatch & Delivery

Materials are loaded onto our heavy-duty logistics fleet for delivery to highways, commercial sites, or ready-mix batching complexes.
